a) Ban the Sunlight

It would be wise to get your share of vitamin D from milk, curd or fortified food rather than exposing your skin to harmful ultra-violet rays. Regular exposure of skin to ultra-violet rays result in pimples, marks, tan, blemishes, acne and pigmentation.

The first most important thing to have a flawless skin is to stay away from direct sunlight. It is extremely important to avoid sunlight during 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. If you must go out in sunlight, make sure that you wear a good quality sunscreen of at least 30 SPF (Sun Protection Factor), protective clothing and sunglasses. c) Healthy diet

Focus on having a healthy diet. Your dirt should be rich in protein. Include fish, eggs, meat, fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. This will improve the texture of your skin and keep it soft and supple.

d) Adorn no make up

Layers of make-up products may help you win a lot of accolades among friends and relatives. You should stay without make up as long as possible or wear good quality products.

e) Cleanse your face well

If you had a make-up session for an important event, the first thing you should do once you return home is to remove it. Use a good quality make up remover and cleanse the skin well.

f) Moisturizing well

A lot of cleaning disturbs the natural pH balance of your skin. Use a moisturizer liberally on your face and all over the body. Your skin will glow and it’s helpful to keep wrinkles at bay.

g) Exfoliate your skin

Exfoliating the skin regularly helps in getting rid of dead skin cells and penetrate the moisturizer easily.

h) Water

Make sure that you drink at least 2 liters of water daily to keep your skin healthy and hydrated.

i) Clean hair

Your hair should be grease and dandruff free. This helps in keep your face free of outbreaks, blemishes and pimples.

j) Spare the spots

Don’t squeeze or pick your spots or pimples. Apply a medicated mean and keep the surface clean.

k) Exercise

Break sweat for at least thirty minutes each day. Sweating is important to clear pores and complexion.

    absolutely if anybody go with these tips then clear skin is no more far away and you mentioned useful tips as i also think that Moisturizer is your friend but if anybody have oily skin then you should skip moisturizer.
