According to this talented actress, a workout is essential for her existence. Besides being an actress, she believes that a workout regime is necessary to keep her fit and free of diseases. She cannot do without indulging in some kind of physical activities each day. Her workout is different each day. She alternates between cardio thrice a week, plays a game and swims.
Shriya has a fetish for swimming and can never get enough of it. She also practises yoga for 45 minutes, at least. She particularly practises Isha Yoga and follows it with meditation and Sham Bhavi. What she doesn’t like to do is to practise weights. She believes that weights don’t suit her.

Shriya doesn’t believe in following a strict diet plan especially while travelling. At home; she starts her day with a glass of orange juice. Fruit juices it cuts the fats in the body. She follows it with:

Shriya eats every two hours. She likes to have her channa cutlets made by her mom. These are delicious, filling and healthy. While travelling, her diet consists of a good amount of grilled fish or chicken. She also likes to have muesli or a salad as an evening snack.
Dinner is devoid of carbs at night. She also indulges in dark chocolate and considers it her comfort food.
For relaxation, Shriya likes to listen to good music, dance, read swim, practise yoga or spend a day at the spa pampering herself.
