She delivered her baby boy, Yug, last year and has shed her baby-weight and bounced back to her normal figure! When it comes to the quick weight shedding process, Kajol gives credit to her passion for western dance. She had joined these lessons and has been regular since then. This is also the reason she has managed to shed her baby weight within a year. She also followed a strict diet regimen.
