Ranveer Singh has always given detailed attention on his fitness and maintained a decent physique. So was not an overnight miracle (the fat guy turning into a hunk story). The theory of ‘muscle confusion’ is a typical workout technique that makes a person change workout patterns to avoid body getting used to the same routine. This helps in speeding up the process of muscle building and even the weight loss process.
Ranveer Singh’s Diet
This was the most difficult part for Ranveer. Being a foodie at heart, the actor had to maintain a strict diet. For fab ab diet, Ranveer emphasised on following a secret remedy. He ate every three hours. His diet included a high-protein, low-carb diet:
• Green veggies
• Sweet potato
Lloyd Stevens planned Ranveer’s meals and recommended a heavy breakfast to help fuel the actor through the tormenting workout routines. Ranveer Singh also maintained a low-salt and a low-oil diet.
