      Is yoga beneficial in pregnancy? Can I perform these kriyas while ensuring safety? I’ve also heard that one should maintain a gap of half an hour for meals before and after practising yoga. How true is this statement?

      I have lost more than 50 pounds in 5 months.. I did lots of physical activities mostly running, aerobics and basic weight training.

      Can you please tell me which is better for converting fat into muscles ?

      Light weight training with more repetitions or heavy weight training with less repetitions ?

      This would be surely great if you tell me about this :)

        Thanks Dhruv, for commenting, you need to concentrate on Calories intake. Calculate the number of calories you need to eat each day. Calories are key in any diet plan because you need to consume fewer calories than you burn if you want to lose fat. Perform a resistance-training workout three times per week. Add cardiovascular training three or more times per week.

    The best thing is to start out walking, and go for a balance diet.
