5 Yoga Asanas to Increase Breast Size

A fulsome breast is definitely an asset for a woman. Many long for a pair of firm, large breasts to enhance overall personality. It definitely imparts a beautiful figure. These days, women prefer going under the knife and pop miracle pills to get a perfect cup size. However, these may have side effects.

The best solution is to try yoga. It is a natural way of enhancing breast size. Each asana in Yoga is targeted towards specific muscles. Hence, performing some specific yoga exercises can enhance the breast appearance. Remember that these exercises do not have any impact on the breast tissues. They just work on pectoral muscles and result in fuller breasts. The method is quite affordable.

Some of the beneficial yoga exercises for breast enlargement are discussed below:

Bhujangasana The Cobra Pose

This is an effective asana to increase website in short time. You need to lie down on the floor with your chest placed against the floor. Now raise your upper body, pressing your palms against the floor. The face should point the roof. Also make sure the forearms are perpendicular to the floor.

Gowmukhasana – Cow Pose

The asana has shown fabulous results on women who wanted to increase breast size. You should first sit in a half-lotus pose and stretch your right arm upwards. Now twist it backwards and lower it to touch the upper part of the back. Simultaneously, you must twist the left arm and move it backwards and upwards in an attempt to touch the right arm. Repeat the asana with alternate arms.

Surya Namaskar – Sun Salutation

This is known to be the easiest yet most unexplored way of enlarging your breasts. Surya namaskar is a fabulous form of ancient yoga. It comprises of 12 effective poses. Performing Surya namaskars regularly will show you visible results on your breasts. Also you need to focus on increasing the number of sets gradually.

Vrikshasana – The Tree Pose

The exercise will show you results soon. Here, you need to stand properly and bring the arms near the shoulder level. Now gradually move hands in front of chest area and then open the fingers. You should next press hard and keep the process consistent for about 20-30 seconds. Hold muscles strongly and practice. It is important to repeat the asana at least 4-5 times in a day. You may increase the duration for faster results.

Dwikonasana

This is yet another yoga asana that will help you increase breast size. First, stand straight and the feet should be separate. Thereafter, take both the arms back and get the fingers locked. Now bend the upper portion and raise the arms at the same time. Try to move the pressure to the chest area. It is important to keep your face in correct position. This will maintain the stress. Prior to going back to the original position, you must wait for about 20-30 seconds. This exercise should be repeated for about 3-5 times.

      You need to reduce overall weight, to reduce breast size.

      Pregnancy affects your breasts not breast feeding. The ligaments become weak during pregnancy. This results in your breasts to sag. Regardless of whether you breast feed your not, they will swell up. However, they will probably get back down to the same size, possibly one size larger post breast feeding than they originally were. You need to plan on getting a good bra post breast feeding.

      I have always known that breast size actually decreases after breastfeeding. Those having smaller before pregnancy may feel that they have bigger breasts post pregnancy and breastfeeding. However, usually the breast size return to normal after the baby stops getting feed.

      My breast size decreased soon after breast feeding the baby. As long as you breast feed your size will stay the same. When you quit, they will either return to their normal size or be smaller. Now luckily or unluckily, you don’t get to keep the post pregnancy boobs.

      I was a 32A before pregnancy. However, the size got huge while breastfeeding (reached D!). I loved it! When I quit breastfeeding I became a 34B. And I’m still 34B. This is my story. I don’t know how the size varies with other women.

      Unfortunately, there’s is no way to know precisely what will happen. But I’m told that the changes to the breast occur during pregnancy. Breastfeeding has no role to play here. Hence, if you were not to breastfeed, you’d still experience the same changes to the breast.

      This may be true. Since I went from 34A to 36D while breastfeeding, I can say that breastfeeding plays a major role in breast size. However, as soon as I quit breastfeeding they went back to normal.

    Try this proven breast enhancement exercises that really work and you should notice results in two to four weeks.
    1. Practice a modified push-up, which is the one of the best breast enlargement exercises available. Kneel down on a comfortable place, such as an exercise mat or the carpet. Cross your mortise joint, and bend forward. Your palms will be placed facing down on the ground about the same level with your shoulders and a few inches out from the body on each side. The elbows should be pointing up in the air and gently pull back just like in a normal push-up pose. It is a good breast enlargement exercise that really works.
    2. Lift your torso up with your palms. Keep your ankles crossed while doing this breast enlargement exercise, so you don’t lift too much weight. Also, don’t straighten the elbows all the way as you rise, but keep them bent to avoid damaging the joints.
