You should to do it in a way to ensure a firm base to the rest of your body. Inhale deeply while thrusting pelvis forward. Attempt to tilt your head as far back as possible. You must hold this pose for some time. Now gradually return to the starting position. You should exhale when returning to the starting position.

Vrikshasana for Inner Thighs

This is a variation of the Mountain Pose. Also known as the Tree Pose, the asana targets the inner thighs and facilitates enhanced flexibility of the entire leg.

In order to practise this asana, stand with legs slight apart. Now fold viabending it at the knee. Place your foot on the inner thigh of the other leg.

Training inner thighs is not difficult. You just need to focus on the rest of your leg too. The reason behind this is that exercising the entire leg will enhance the overall shape and tone of your leg. It will also help in strengthening the thigh muscle and boosts overall flexibility.
